A Pup Who Can’t Contain Her Excitement

On Kona’s seventh birthday, Collyn surprised her with the sweetest party ever. Imagine a dazzling pink bandana, a sparkly tiara fit for a queen, and a room buzzing with Kona’s closest furry friends. As the night unfolded, a special birthday cake arrived, complete with a chorus of happy birthday sung by her adoring fans!
“I finally gave in and got her a dog birthday cake for the first time,” Collyn wrote on Instagram. “She seemed to approve!”
Kona, overwhelmed with joy, couldn’t hide the giant grin plastered across her face. Spending time with loved ones was already a highlight, but witnessing the lengths they went to celebrate her made her heart soar.

“[She] was trying so hard to be good and not devour the cake before I gave her the okay,” Collyn shared in an Instagram comment. “But what she loved most was the room full of family, all smiling and cheering for her.”
With a tummy full of peanut butter cake and surrounded by those she loved, Kona embarked on her eighth year in the best way possible. This heartwarming celebration served as a constant reminder of the love and appreciation she received.
