Tearing open the bag, the worker was met with a shocking sight – a white and tan Pitbull, completely paralyzed and in dire distress. The pup’s body was stiff, and he could not move his head or his feet, a heartbreaking testament to the cruelty he had endured.
A Glimmer of Hope
Gently lifting the terrified pup from the bag, the kindhearted worker carefully placed him on a piece of cardboard, covering his fragile body with a blanket to keep him warm. As he waited for the authorities to arrive, he offered the dog a few bites of food, hoping to provide some nourishment.

When the Pennsylvania SPCA responded to the call, they wasted no time in rushing the pup, now named Codi, to their facilities. The vets were perplexed by his condition, wondering what horrors he had faced to end up discarded like trash.
